How frequently do you provide housekeeping services?
Cleaning takes place daily at 11:30 AM, with regular towel and bedsheet changes.
Am I allowed to take a pool towel to the beach?
We’re sorry, but we kindly ask that pool towels not be taken to the beach. Thank you for your understanding!
Are guests permitted to smoke on the premises?
Smoking is only permitted in the common areas outside of your villa. We kindly ask that you be mindful of other guests. During summer, the area is prone to wildfires, please be extra careful when smoking for everyone’s safety.
When is your check-in and check-out policy?
Check-in is between 14:00 to 00:00, while checkout is from 11:30 to 12:00.
Why isn't the air conditioning turning on?
To operate the air conditioning, please ensure that the windows are already closed.
Where is the closest bus stop to your property?
The nearest bus stop is number #18, is about a 10-minute walk from the property, and can take you to Skiathos Town or Koukounaries area.
